Overgrown gardens and plots cleared, cleaned and ready for what comes next

An overgrown garden, a plot you have just bought, a rental property the last tenant let go, a site that needs clearing before the builders arrive: whatever the reason, the job is the same. Everything has to come out, and it has to go somewhere. Branching Out clears sites of every size across Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Cheshire, from a single jungle of a back garden to acres of scrub, and we take everything away.

We bring the right kit for the job: chainsaws and climbing gear for the trees, brush cutters and flails for brambles and scrub, a stump grinder, a chipper for the green waste and a tipper for everything else. Old sheds, fencing, greenhouses, rubble and general rubbish come out along with the vegetation. What you are left with is a clean, level site you can build on, landscape or simply keep tidy.

Because we are also landscapers and fencers, we can carry straight on and turn the cleared space into a garden, put up a boundary fence or lay turf, so you only deal with one contractor from start to finish.

How It Works

From first call to finished job

Simple, transparent and with no pressure at any stage.

1

Look at the site

We visit, walk the site and note what is vegetation, what is structure and what is rubbish. We check for protected trees, nesting birds and anything that needs special handling.

2

Fixed quote

You get a fixed price for the whole clearance including disposal, so a bigger pile of rubbish than expected is our problem, not yours.

3

Clear

Trees come down first, then scrub and brambles are cut and chipped, structures are dismantled and everything is loaded and removed.

4

Level and finish

Stumps are ground, the ground is levelled and the site is left clean, safe and ready for whatever you have planned next.

Why Branching Out

Why choose Branching Out for site clearance

Clearance is heavy, dirty work that needs the right machinery, the right waste arrangements and people who will keep going until it is done.

Everything removed

Chipper, tipper and responsible disposal mean nothing is left behind, burnt on site or fly-tipped. You get a clean site and we deal with the waste.

Trees and stumps too

Most clearance contractors stop at the trees. As tree surgeons we fell, dismantle and grind out whatever is on the site.

Where We Work

Site Clearance across Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Cheshire

We clear sites throughout Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Cheshire: neglected gardens behind terraces in Rhyl, Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay, rental properties in Flint, Holywell and Mold for landlords and letting agents, plots on the new estates around Rhuddlan, St Asaph, Abergele and Connah's Quay, and overgrown paddocks and yards on farms across the Vale of Clwyd and the Flintshire hills.

Builders and developers across North Wales use us to clear plots and strip vegetation before groundworks start, and holiday parks along the coast call us in for end-of-season clear-ups and for bringing neglected pitches back into use.

Questions & Answers

Site Clearance FAQs

Questions about garden and site clearance.

Something else on your mind? Call Gareth on 07796 546252.

Yes, that is a typical job for us. Brambles, self-seeded trees, ivy, buried rubbish and collapsed sheds are all normal. We will give a fixed price after seeing it and clear the lot.

Green waste is chipped on site and either left for you as mulch or removed. Everything else is loaded into our tipper and disposed of responsibly. Disposal is included in the quote.

Knotweed needs specialist treatment and its waste is controlled. We will identify it if it is there, avoid spreading it and advise on a treatment plan, but we will not simply cut it and cart it away.

Yes. Between March and August we check for nesting birds before cutting, and we look out for signs of bats, badgers and other protected species. Where they are present the work may need to be timed or adjusted, and we will explain that up front.
